Physical Appearance: She has light honey-brown hair that is gently layered and falls below her shoulders, usually in tamed curls. She is very petite--thin and on the short side. Her amber eyes are roofed by long lashes, giving her a girlish look. She has a sharp nose and an almost permanent smile.

--------
Habits: She has a habit of cleaning after other people because unorganization tends to stress her out. She has a habit of trusting patients too much from her experiences in clinical education when in college, but she also tends to find out more from just getting to know them. When she's thinking she tends to stare upward and fiddle with a strand of hair. One thing she tries to hold back is her perfectionistic point of views. She points things out when people say something or write something wrong, but is more so hard on herself. Although she knows perfection is ultimately impossible, she still tries.
Likes: She likes the medical field in general-- working with patients, diagnosing, treatment, surgery, and learning anything she can. She grew up on a farm, so she likes the outdoors, animals, and the simplicity of country life. She'd rather go on a hike than eat a fancy restaurant, although her love life has suffered through med school. She loves romance, although she has a hard time with flowing with it and can become nervous in such situations. People are one thing Angela likes, she likes a good friendship and she likes just making aquaintances. She likes living in general-- the busy schedules, the breaks, and the drama she watches around her.
Dislikes: She dislikes being a key role in dramas (would prefer to be a comforter), she doesn't like being wrong or awkward social occasions or teachers/supervisors that do not demand the best or doing poorly at anything or people who are always complaining or being alone for too long or not being prepared for something.
Personality: Perfectionistic but also realistic. She is trusting and very naturally kind. She dreams a lot when given free time, but when put at a task concentrates with all of her. She likes to please other people. She is an active person who revolves around action. She is comforting to others, but rarely turns to someone else for help when she needs it. She is not arrogant, but strives for independence and respect that she is not sure she deserves yet. She can be shy around other doctors or residents, but when it comes to patients she opens up. She is an optimistic individual.
Biggest Personality Flaw: She sometimes demands too much from herself and expects too much of others.
Biggest Personality Strength: She is dependable.
----
Hometown: Doyle, TN
Educational Background: East Tennessee State University for pre-med, Vanderbilt Medical School
Previous Places of Employment: LifeCare (Certified Nursing Assistant), CVS Pharmacy
Family: She has a younger brother who is in the army, and her mother and father live in Tennessee. Her other relatives she rarely sees.
Brief Medical History: Overall, she has been healthy, except for a short hospital stay as a young child when she had a bad stomach virus and broke her left arm when she was in her early teens after falling off her horse.
History: She was born and raised in a small town in the rural country side of Tennessee. A love of animals came early on in life as she helped care for her family's herd of cows, horses, and other farm and house pets. She became fascinated early-on by the medical aspects of farm life. She loved giving the cattle their bi-yearly shots and even pulled a few calves from cows having trouble. Fascinated and inspired, Angela pulled great grades in school, making honor roll. She was never popular, feeling awkward in a world of rumors and conversations that just seemed very shallow. She had friends and was never considered an outcast, but that shyness continued on into her adult-life. In high school she grabbed at any opportunity to get involved in the medical field and any activity to "boost her resume". The yearly blood drive, which grossed most students out by the sloshing bags being pumped full, she watched and comforted the generous donors knowing that one day she would be a doctor. It was there, fetching people drinks, holding their hands as needles were stuck into their skin that she knew she was destined, no determined, to become a doctor. Also, year after year she found herself too small and light to give blood. She came through to college and found time for fun and school work, loosening up a little more and becoming more outgoing, but then came medical school and she pushed all her concentration to her studies, working at a pharmacy to pay her bills, only just getting by. Now, she has found herself "matched" to Princeton hospital and eager to get into her dream job of surgeon (someday).

Roleplaying Sample:
Angela slid out of her old Honda Accord, looking up into the bright expanse of sky above her. She smoothed her hair distractedly, thinking, it will be the same sky in New Jersey. The truth was, she wasn't sure about leaving her simple, sweet country home behind, even if for the past four years she's been living in Nashville to attend Vanderbilt. She smiled, thinking about all the possibilities that were to come, all the people she was going to meet. Walking away from the car, she leaned on the railing, looking out to the thundering falls below her, the river sweeping by without a single pause. There was a family trooping up the steps looking weary but happy. the mother dragged a soaking-wet five-year-old who was smiling mischeviously up at her, then trying to pull away. Angela watched as they passed by, smiling at the mother. Then, she skipped down the stairs, setting briskly down the trail to position herself closer to the waterfalls. She was dressed in jeans and a Vanderbilt t-shirt, her hair down and a pair of sunglasses resting forgotten on her head. She remembered all the walks here with her family or on weekends during her college years with a folder thick with notes to study. It was a long drive to pay for some tranquility, but she had always found her memory worked better when she was well out-of-reach from the bustle and noise of the city.
Now, she sat down on a rock bordering the gorge in where the river rushed past beneath her. It was a familiar perch and she dangled her feet over the sides, flip-flops off to the side. She leaned back on her hands, peering up at that entrancing sky and the peaks of the trees on the opposite side of the gorge. She wondered where her life was headed, what would happen to her, how hard it would be. She longed for a challenge that was exciting--not the books and memorization by repitition that was school. No, she wanted to feel like she was doing something, alive, and though she was part-way dreading the looming of the exhaustion of internship, she also thought of it as a particularly intriguing challenge. She hoped she could remain as away as she could from the growing ethics debate over healthcare. Politics never interested her, legalities and details on paper bothered her, but she knew she would have to face up to it as just a part of the MD title, like the fleas come the dog. Oh, but it was delicious to relish the beauty of nature and the freedom she was feeling. Her already naturally medium tanned face grew warm from the sun's rays; her feet felt loose, swinging from the edge of the rock. She felt like singing to the world the longing she felt to care for patients, to go on to performing operations and delving into this new chapter. She could see her open door now, leading to the tough, enchanting world of medicine.
