ICU The ICU (intensive care unit) is probally the quitest section of the hospital suprisingly enough, the whole atmosphere is tense and unrelenting as relatives wait to see if their family will be okay.

Diagnostics The Diagnostics wing is perhaps the smallest in the hospital and is less of a wing and more of a connection of rooms. The first room is the white-board room where all the diagnosing goes on as well as rooms for House's and co.'s patients.
